Brie Larson reportedly made about 5 million dollars from that, so I give my Sim a few million, not 5 since actors irl have to pay agents and publicists and everything, and then she doesn't work for a while, usually at least 3 seasons. For example, my Sim just did the superhero movie, which I likened to Captain Marvel. I tend to just have them do fewer gigs, since that's more realistic, and manually inflate the pay. Any (most) big actors out there will tell stories about how they struggled up until they got their big break, I wish that was the case for our Sims. I like that they have to work their way up, I just wish it was more realistic, that once they are there, it pays properly. That's what annoys me- my rags to riches painter sim who lives in a shack on the beach is richer than my level 5 celebrity sim who just starred in the latest superhero movie. Mc Command Center adds story progression, and has alot of other things you can adjust, you can adjust the Fame setting to your liking, you can also freeze the sims fame so it never goes down.
